These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your access to and use of PluralPage (the Service). PluralPage is operated by Dobbel as an individual, not by a company (PluralPage, I, me, or my).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the PluralPage Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PluralPage is an application for recording and managing information about plural systems, including systems, members, fronting or switch information, friends, notes, and related settings. The Service allows you to connect to or retrieve information from PluralKit.
PluralPage is an organisational tool. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on it for emergencies.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms.
You must:
You may not share an account in a way that bypasses access restrictions or makes it impossible to identify who is responsible for misuse.
PluralPage may hold highly personal information. You decide what to enter and are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis and any necessary permission to store information about another identifiable person.
Do not add another person's private or sensitive information without their knowledge and appropriate permission. Do not use the Service to expose, threaten, harass, impersonate, or endanger another person.
You must not:
Reasonable, good-faith security testing requires prior written permission.
You retain any rights you have in information you enter into PluralPage. You give me a limited permission to host, process, back up, display, and transmit that information only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service and to comply with the law.
This permission ends when the relevant information is deleted, except where limited retention is required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup rotation as described in the Privacy Policy.
PluralKit is an independent service and is not operated or controlled by PluralPage. If you connect PluralPage to PluralKit, requests and data handled by PluralKit are governed by PluralKit's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
I am not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or conduct of PluralKit or another third-party service. A third-party outage or policy change may affect related PluralPage features.
I may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service. I will try to give reasonable notice of material changes or planned discontinuation where practical, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
I may restrict, suspend, block, or delete an account or its content when I reasonably believe this is necessary to:
Serious or urgent abuse may result in immediate action without advance notice. Where appropriate and legally permitted, I will explain the reason and provide a reasonable opportunity to contact me.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by emailing privacy@pluralpage.net. Deletion is permanent and may make your information unrecoverable. Privacy-related deletion rights and limited retention exceptions are explained in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of PluralPage, its software, branding, or documentation to you. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or misrepresent PluralPage materials except where an applicable open-source licence or written permission expressly allows it.
The Service is provided on an as available basis. To the extent permitted by law, I do not make guarantees about uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, data accuracy, or compatibility with third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, loss caused by a third-party service, or loss resulting from your failure to secure your account or maintain an appropriate independent copy of information you need.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for intent, gross negligence, fraud, or death or personal injury where applicable law prohibits such a limitation.
I may update these Terms when the Service, the law, or operational requirements change. The current version will show its effective date. For material changes, I will provide reasonable notice through the Service or using the contact information associated with your account. Continuing to use the Service after the new Terms take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without depriving you of mandatory protections provided by the law of the country where you habitually live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer and procedural law may hear disputes.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact me so we can try to resolve the issue.
